Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from Sydney, Australia, within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If there is a dispatch delay, we will contact you.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 12 hours for the tracking information to become available, as there is a processing time between packing and the initial scan by the delivery carrier.

All orders are final. We cannot guarantee changes to products or shipping details once the order confirmation has been sent. Please ensure all information is accurate before confirming your order.

If you request a refund before your order has been dispatched and you used Afterpay as your payment method, a 6% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable Afterpay merchant fees.

Delivery Options

  • We offer Signature on Delivery and Safe Drop for all our parcels, subject to the carrier's discretion. Safe Drop will only be used if your location is deemed safe.
  • Please note that these delivery options are not guaranteed and may depend on factors like your address type, weather conditions, and visibility from the street.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Expect slightly longer delivery times during peak seasons (sales, holidays), extreme weather events, or unforeseen postal service issues.
  • We process and ship online orders from Sydney and Victoria, and therefore observe Victorian public holidays.
  • Regional and rural deliveries may take longer.
  • Shipping costs are subject to change without notice.

Delivery Information

  • We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. If using a Parcel Locker, please include the full street address of the location.
  • Track your deliveries easily using the Australia Post mobile app. Get estimated delivery dates, service updates, and notifications if anything changes. You can also track parcels on auspost.com.au using the tracking tool.

Signature on Delivery

  • This option requires the driver to obtain a signature upon delivery. If no one is home to accept the parcel, it will be held at the nearest post office for collection. You are responsible for collecting your parcel from the pickup location.

Authority to Leave

  • We do not offer "Authority to Leave" by default. If you would like the driver to leave the parcel unattended if no one is home, you must specify this in the notes section at checkout.
  • By choosing "Authority to Leave," you authorize the driver to leave the parcel on your property even if no one is present. This waives the requirement for a signature. You are responsible for any lost or stolen items left unattended, and Nouriishque will not offer replacements.
  • Nouriishque is not liable for parcels left unattended that are exposed to sun, rain, or other weather conditions.

 

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

We strongly recommend using a shipping address where someone is available to receive the parcel during business hours, Monday to Friday. If no one is available, the courier may leave the parcel if they deem it safe to do so. Otherwise, you will be responsible for collecting the parcel from a designated location.

If a parcel is returned to Nouriishque because it was unclaimed or the address provided was incorrect, you will be responsible for a $20 handling and postage fee for re-delivery. If you prefer a refund, we will deduct $20 from the total order amount (excluding any Express Shipping charges) to cover these fees. Nouriishque is not responsible for unclaimed or incorrectly addressed parcels and does not offer replacements in these cases.

Nouriishque is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "Delivered" or "Completed" by the shipping carrier. We offer tracked shipping for all orders, and a "Delivered" or "Completed" status serves as proof of delivery.

We ship via AusPost. If you have a MyPost account, you can request redirection or Safe Drop directly through AusPost. However, Nouriishquestrongly advises against using these options. If you choose to redirect your parcel or request Safe Drop through AusPost, Nouriishque is no longer responsible for any lost, undelivered, or misdelivered parcels. Please ensure your address is correct on your order confirmation email to avoid the need for redirection.
