Return & Refund Policy

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on orders once shipped unless the items inside the box are damaged upon arrival.

What if my items are damaged in transit?

We carefully inspect all products for quality before shipping them out. However, damage can sometimes occur during delivery. If you receive a box with damaged items inside, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase at customersupport@nouriishque.com.au. Be sure to include photos of the damaged product(s) (excluding the damaged box, as this does not necessarily affect the quality of the products inside).

What is the deadline to file a damage claim?

We can only accept damage claims filed within 14 days of receiving your order.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Once we receive your damage claim and photos, we will process your refund as soon as possible. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Do you have a physical store?

We are currently an online store only.

Do you offer collection services from your warehouse?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer order pickups at this time. Our products are stored in a private warehouse that is not open to the public.
